Transport sleeve anchors are used for the transport of thin precast walls or flat elements. The permissible spacing between anchors equals twice the minimum edge distance (2 × ez). Material: the sleeve is galvanically zinc-plated or chrome-plated, with a cut Rd thread. Transport sleeve anchors are designed so that the total anchoring force is transferred into the concrete through a reinforcing bar. This reinforcing bar is installed so that it rests firmly against the lower recess of the hole in the anchor and remains in contact with it. The largest bar diameter that fits into the hole must be used.
