Sandwich prefabricated units are multilayer panels usually consisting of 3 layers. The load-bearing layer is usually 12 to 16 cm thick and is usually located from the internal side of a building. The intermediary layers are provided by 6 to 10 cm thick thermal insulation and are made of polystyrene, XPS, mineral wool or isover. The load-bearing, jutting out layer is usually visible, located inside a building, and has a thickness of 6 to 8 cm. Sandwich panels are used as basic perimeter walls, load-bearing walls or curtain walls. Sandwich panels sometimes have 4 layers, where between the external layer, the thin internal layer and the thermal insulation there is an air gap for ventilation. The role of the stainless connection is to connect the external and internal layers, transfer the weight of the internal and intermediary layers to the load-bearing layer and prevent individual walls from shifting or rotating. The connecting items are located in the air gap or in the thermal insulation and are subject to corrosion factors. Thus, for such connections, stainless, acid-resistant steel is used. Apart from the load-bearing layers, also flat load-bearing anchors, pins, loops and connecting hangers that prevent the internal thin top layer from deformations or bulging are used.
